The Barn
Below are just some of the many special features to be found in our rustic Barn.
- Wide-plank timber floors paired with a stylishly decorated interior creating the perfect combination of elegance and warm country charm to showcase your event.
- A Lofted Lounge for you and your guests to enjoy a bird’s eye view of things, and a great spot for your photographer to capture a crowd candid during the festivities.
- The Perch, a private plateau perfect for the lovebirds’ Sweetheart Table for two.
- Plentiful windows and two sets of French doors bringing in natural light and offering a spectacular view of the quaint gardens and countryside.
- An extra wide, wrap-around Porch for mingling guests at Social Hour and for everyone to relax on throughout your Reception.
- Climate controlled atmosphere for optimal comfort in any season.
- Not one, but TWO lovely ‘Plan B’ ceremony options. When we can’t rely on mother nature, we've got you covered.
Maximum Capacity is 140 guests. We have no minimum.
The Pleasant View Package
Our most popular six-hour package can be tailored for
Ceremony & Reception or Reception Only
and includes the following amenities:
- An Event Coordinator to assist you on your special day, a priceless service!
- On-site Rehearsal orchestrated by your Coordinator
- Use of The Cottagethree hours prior to your ceremony for the final stages of getting ready, remains available for the duration of the evening
- Use of The Lodgeone hour prior to your ceremony, must be vacated just before ceremony
- Access to venue three hours prior to your event for your Professionals
- Exclusive use of the Farm for your wedding
- Ceremony Chairs set up for your guests and removed after ceremony
- Social Hour in the garden and on the wrap around porch with our outdoor bar and a view of the countryside
- 60" Round Dining Tableswith linens and white Dining Chairs
- Our rustic lantern centerpieces in black or white
- Sweetheart Table for the couple with linen
- Assortment of tables for seating assignments, cake, gifts, and displays
- Lighted Courtyard with Firepit for guests to enjoy after dinner
- One-hour post event to gather belongings and perform final walk through

The Nottingwood Package
Our five hour package is tailored for Reception Only
and includes all the following amenities:
- An Event Coordinator to assist you on your special day
- Use of The Cottage for the duration of the evening
- Access to venue two hours prior to your event for your Professionals
- Exclusive use of the Farm for your wedding
- Social Hour in the garden and on the wrap around porch with our outdoor bar and a view of the countryside
- 60" Round Dining Tableswith linens and white Dining Chairs
- Our rustic lantern centerpieces in black or white
- Sweetheart Table for the couple with linen
- Assortment of tables for seating assignments, cake, gifts, and displays
